CYBERUK 2019:  SME Cyber Awareness and Exercise in a Box launch

The National Cyber Security Centre and Scottish Government are offering a free event for SMEs on Cyber Awareness and the launch of Exercise in a Box

The National Cyber Security Centre, supported by the Scottish Government, is organising an exclusive event in Glasgow within the CYBERUK venue for up to 120 small businesses on 25th April 2019.

SME Cyber Awareness  - 9.30am – 12.00pm

The morning session will include guidance and advice on how you can protect yourselves from the most common attack, learn from real life case studies and take part in a fun hands-on exercise to increase your knowledge.

Exercise in a Box Launch - 2.00pm – 4.00pm

In the afternoon, they will be launching their new and free exercising product called Exercise in a Box, commissioned by NCSC and initially created for the SME community and local government. The product is a complete package of exercise advice, scenarios and supporting material that will provide your organisation with everything it needs to run and facilitate exercises from start to finish.

To enable them to manage the attendance and get a broad spread of representation, invitations are limited to one per organisation.

NCSC very much hope that you can join them to hear more as they are also keen to gain your views and experiences.
