Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant to join our Accounts and Business Services team in our Edinburgh office.

The successful candidate will provide support to Managers and senior employees through a varied role which includes; preparation of management accounts, VAT returns and statutory financial statements. The role would also involve assisting with the development activities of the team, including reviewing new technology, processes, etc.

Assistant Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Assistant Manager to join our Business Technology Consulting (BTC) team in our Glasgow or Edinburgh offices.

A BTC Assistant Manager works with clients to help them address technology risks around areas diverse as IT governance and controls, IT programme and project delivery, Cyber Security, Data Analytics and Digital Transformation. While we do not expect a candidate to have experience in all of these areas, the successful candidate will have a passion for helping organizations manage technology risks.

The ideal candidate will have experience of both managing client facing assignments and of people management as the role involves acting as the key point of contact for clients as well as assuming responsibility for the work of more junior members of staff where appropriate.

Public Sector Audit Manager

We are looking for a confident, motivated and experienced Audit Manager who will be responsible for the management and delivery of performance and best value audit work for a portfolio of public sector audit clients.

We are looking for a confident and motivated Part Qualified Auditor to support partners, directors, managers and audit seniors in the delivery of external audit services to a range of commercial, charity and public sector organisations.

Business Technology and Consulting Graduate Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and forward thinking Graduates to join our Business Technology and Consulting (BTC) teams based across our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.

As part of the BTC team, you will be part of a fast growing and dynamic sector, helping a mixture of both public and private sector clients with improving key aspects of their operations. Our Business Technology and Consultancy team provides specialist assurance, advisory and consulting services across all market sectors and all sizes of organisations. Joining the team as a graduate will give you a wide range of experience in IT Audit, Data Analytics and Cyber Security.

Successful candidates will also be offered the opportunity to undergo further qualifications. Currently members of our team are undertaking the IIA Certified Internal Auditor qualification, while other are engaging in master’s degrees in cyber security and data analytics. Candidates must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and be self-motivated. A key aspect of the role is teamwork, you must be able to demonstrate an aptitude and experience of this to be successful in your application.

To provide support to managers & partners through a varied role which includes; preparation of VAT returns, management accounts, annual accounts and various projects in our Scott Moncrieff, Edinburgh office. This position will play a key role in the delivery of outsourced CFO services to a large Financial Services client and would be a great opportunity to build on your experience within a reputable firm. You will be working alongside an experienced team and will gain exposure to working with a large, high profile client.
