I manage the Restructuring and Insolvency team, in addition to undertaking a range of corporate finance assignments. On the insolvency side, I lead a variety of solvent and insolvent liquidations, administrations, receiverships and other restructuring activities. Specifically, I specialise in members voluntary liquidations, which can be a very useful tax efficient solvent wind down of a company. I also manage all personal insolvency assignments undertaken by the team. I am Joint Insolvency Exam Board (JIEB) exam qualified (corporate).

In my corporate finance role, I work with owner managed businesses and SME’s advising on fundraising, acquisitions, disposals, business valuations and other corporate matters. In particular, I regularly prepare and review business plans, lead due diligence assignments and carry out independent business reviews on behalf of potential funders.

The best thing about my role is the day to day variety. As Director, I work with start-ups, established SMEs but also struggling companies. I regularly face unique challenges that require me to work closely with clients, colleagues and other professional advisors. I enjoy providing a service to my clients that helps them achieve their desired outcome.
