How will we help you to find the right mortgage?

Step 1: Our initial contact is generally by telephone or email.  We will discuss your requirements and seek some preliminary information.  We will also discuss our terms of business with you and provide you with a key features document outlining the services we provide. 

Step 2: We will assess your specific  requirements and make a mortgage product recommendation based on the information you  provide.

Step 3: We will then  discuss our recommendation with you and ask for your approval to proceed. We will also provide you with a range of mortgage protection options  which will provide you with secrurity in the event of, for example, illness,  accident or unemployment.

Step 4: Once we have agreed the mortgage product with you, we will submit your application to the chosen lender and obtain an agreement in principal for your application.

Step 5: We will contact you with details of any documentation required by the lender e.g. declaration, payslips, bank statements etc

Step 6: We will liaise with the lender to ensure that a formal offer of loan is issued in good time.

Step 7: We will issue you with a suitability report confirming our recommendations.
