What will be expected of you?
We will expect you to take ownership and responsibility for what you want from us.
After a comprehensive induction process, you could be onsite with our clients on day one of your traineeship and will be immediately expected to provide a professional and high quality service.
You need to be switched on and thinking, 'how can I contribute to the team in order to solve our clients' problems'.We expect you to learn by listening to your colleagues and applying your studies to the workplace and your workplace experience to your studies.
There are plenty of oppurtunities for you to succeed and get on in you career.
We expect you to learn that the secret to your traineeship is to understand why you are doing what you are doing and turning this knowledge into achieving business and client objectives.
We expect you to take responsibility and ownership for your workload. In doing so you are expected to work through adversity and, in return, we will offer you opportunity.
Ultimately we expect you to grasp that opportunity with both hands!
