Office services administrator

Our Edinburgh office is looking for a full time, permanent office services administrator.

The role provides a great support service for all employees across the firm and includes responsibility for managing the filiing system for the office, dealing with the mail and working as part of a team with our other office services employees. 

It is a great oppportunity for someone organised, reliable and helpful who enjoys a variety of tasks.

Main duties

  • Open and sort incoming mail; to frank outgoing mail; to hand-deliver outgoing mail as required.
  • Manage the filing system for all teams in the office by carrying out filing for each team in rotation so
  • Organise the firm’s daily banking as required
  • Ensure that general stationery and janitorial supplies are checked weekly
  • Assist teams with the archiving and retrieval of files to offsite storage
  • Assist the reception team with the set-up of meeting rooms for any events/meetings
  • Carry out any ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Skills required

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) required
  • Ability to organise your time effectively and meet deadlines
