Marketing and Business Development assistant

Reporting to our marketing and business development manager this new role will be responsible for the implementation of a range of the firm's marketing initiatives, PR, internal communications and our website, alongside supporting the firm to win new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for working with teams across all sectors and partners and employees alike.  You will have demonstrable experience of writing for multiple audiences and strong project management experience.

Main duties

  • Use and promote use of the CRM system for pipeline management, capturing appropriate client data to inform business development and marketing decisions and activities.
  • Coordinate and write news and external publication articles.
  • Drive digital media strategy; social media and website.
  • Support the bid writing process through producing high quality written proposals that have a strong client focus.

  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to work to demanding deadlines.
