I have over nine years’ experience in restructuring and insolvency, predominately in corporate insolvency as well as personal insolvency.
Having divided my experience between a big four firm and, more recently, a national insolvency firm, I have gained considerable knowledge in a wide variety of commercial and insolvency matters across a range of sectors in the UK and Channel Islands.
Throughout my career I have worked on a number of assignments, which have included solvent and insolvent liquidations, administrations (including trading jobs), bankruptcies, individual voluntary arrangements and company voluntary arrangements.
When consulting with distressed businesses I always seek to offer my honest advice and, where possible, seek the recovery of the business to maintain goodwill and ultimately save employees’ jobs.
I find it rewarding speaking to clients knowing that Scott-Moncrieff encourages the collaboration of its employees, who can advise on a number of specialisms to ensure the client always receives the best available service.
